The first larger commission using sky tiles came in Gouda at a technical vocational school, Crabeth College, where I was invited to develope a design for the central wall space in the main meeting area, or aula. The wall to be covered had a slight concave curve to it. The final pattern of clouds was a macro replica of the basic shape of one cloud, recently photographed on the highway near Auxerre in France.
